I have a question about the $\exp (n\log \left(\frac{1}{\sin \theta }\right)+o(n\left)\right)$ formula. While finding the number of almost orthogonal vectors, did you use $\cos \theta =0.1$ etc. to then find $\sin \theta =\sqrt{1-{\cos }^2\theta }$ or was it something else?
