I do think there is a kind of important semiotic power in naming things, so I can understand wanting to avoid that, but I also feel pretty comfortable writing a post and then slapping a random name on it based on how the vibe turned out. This is what I just did with Ball+Gravity has a “Downhill” Preference. It started as a quick take, but then became a long take, so I copied and pasted it into a post and gave it a name. That’s also what inspired this question.
