Schitzophrenia can already happen with the current complexity of a brain. In our case memes do not have enough mechanisms to destroy the brain directly, but in a simulated environment where things can be straight up deallocated (free()), damage will be greater, and faster.

Curiously, there is a theory about how schizophrenia is due to differences in dimentionality of neurons in different parts of the brain. I wonder what you think about it?
