group morality is built up from personal morality
we assume that people are roughly similar, and so is their personal morality
this restricts personal moralities by rejecting those unsuitable for building up group morality
Or, even shorter, useful personal morality is Lego-shaped.
I have a number of issues with this, but I first wanted to know if I missed anything.
