Please recommend some good sources/material (books, blogs, also advice from personal experience) for techniques of self-analysis and introspection? Basically, I’m looking for things to keep in mind while I attempt to find patterns of behavior in myself and ways for changing them. I realize that this is a very broad category. The Feeling Good Handbook. It focuses specifically on Depression and Anxiety, but could probably be useful for anyone.
