A big breakthrough l had last few weeks is getting ChatGPT subscription that lets me use GPT Image 2 image generation in-conversation. Before I was just using Claude that has no image generation features which limits its usage for graphics based projects. ChatGPT is capable of generating flawless textures or even entire texture atlases on-the-fly. It can also generate concept art of 3d models using those textures, detailed schematics and do other cool stuff. This is especially useful as working with textures and 3d assets in general is the biggest bottleneck in my work by far. Coding the 3d scene in three.js these days is comparatively easy.
