Meh, I’d pull the phone anyway. Perhaps verbally interrupt “sorry, let me write that down, Antifragile was it?” so that they can tell I’m doing it because I’m listening to them, not because they’re boring.
Post-it in my eyeline when closing it. Or checking the fridge before I go to work, if the big problem is it being open the whole day.
Figure out where it is, then put that point into the GPS. Possibly a trick answer, but it’s what I’d do.
