I’ve regained about half of the weight that I lost so far; this weight has been fluctuating a lot recently though. I can see myself going back to the starting weight lol, especially if I only care about adding weight to my lifts (they all did go up after I went off retatrutide and started eating enough food). My HRV did end up increasing and RHR went down to pre-levels after four weeks.
Have you maintained your weight loss? And did your HRV increase and your resting heart rate decrease back to their pre levels? Thanks!
