As yet another media reference. I just rewatched the Star Trek TNG episode ‘the neutral zone’ which deals with recovery of 3 frozen humans from our time.
It was really surprising to me how much disregard for human life is shown in this episode. “Why did you recover them, they were already dead”. “Oh bugger, now that you revived/healed them we have to treat them as humans”.
Also surprising is how much insensibility in dealing with them is shown. When you awake someone from an earlier time you might send the aliens and the robots out of the room.
