Nurturing natural intelligences and how nurturing an AI would be different or the same. 2. Friendliness of nations and how hostile nations are suppressed. See, nations are more powerful than plants or criminals or Socrates and that’s why we have a reason to fear them and care about their friendliness. A powerful AI will be more like a nation than a person.
