Okay, hm. You’re busy all the time but if ever you have some time free I’d like to brainstorm about how we might have something like a “rational debate”. E.g. the optimal set-up might be meeting in person where we can go back and forth in real-time to clarify small things while taking a break every few minutes to check the internet for sources and write out better-considered arguments and responses. Considering we live a block away from each other that might actually be possible. It’d incentivize me to put a lot more effort into being understandable. I’m not exactly sure what the topic of such debate would be; I agree with you that theism isn’t worth studying, I only try to argue that it’s really hard to claim that theists are wrong given our current state of uncertainty.
That doesn’t sound like a productive way to address these issues, but it’s true that I should put my time on this until at least after a September 30th deadline I’ve got on a project. I’ll keep this in mind.
