It certainly leads to ideas that people in specific groups like spreading quicker. Some people like discussions of rationality, and ideas related to rationality will spread quicker among those individuals. It does not necessarily mean those ideas about rationality are good ones. There needs to be some form of feedback built into the system. Each individual seems to be able to choose their own feedback as well, so some people’s ability to navigate to these good ideas will be quite good. Other people will be quite good at navigating to bad ideas.
