I found reach very helpful the other day when I was feeling very lonely—I just went there, joined a conversation, and after some hanging out, invited some of the folks there to go grab dinner with me. I’ll probably do this fairly often now that I have the sense that it’s possible.
(Also, I donate to reach. This is actually something of a questionable financial decision on my part but just based on that one experience, reach is already doing unexpectedly well on its goals. I might try hosting some of the events I’ve been thinking about as open-community things at REACH.)
