On mobile: double-tap the vote button (ignore a tool-tip telling you to hold).
I strongly suspect that many people don’t realize this and that it’d be better to have a button that says “strong upvote” instead.
I think most people actually knows this. When you try to cancel an upvote on mobile, you have to cycle from upvote → strong upvote → no vote
