My personal razor for the past decade has been, “For something to be true, it must be true in all places and at all scales.” Since we are incapable of omniscience, this is effectively a principle of “least wrong”. Once I became aware of this site, I knew instantly I was in the right place.
Having fist cut my intellectual teeth trying to rationalize redshift and gravitational models, I ponder and write about all manner of topics from theoretical physics, sociology, and Biblical exegesis. In all cases, I operate in a vacuum since the combination of bias, complacency, and disinterest make for a rarified audience. Perhaps this group is different!
