I am a Strategic Operations Architect specializing in the friction between ambition and execution. My background is at the intersection of high-stakes policy and ground-level deployment: I have served as a Columbia historian, managed family office assets, and advised 3-star Generals on the operational engineering of complex organizations.

My current work centers on Mechanism Design—specifically, the audit of what I call “Hollow Structures.” These are intermediary layers (consultancies, workshops, and awareness programs) that absorb capital without producing tangible infrastructure.

I recently published The Efficiency Audit (2026), which identifies a consistent 48x capital efficiency gap across 12 sectors. Most notably, my audit explores the 1,417x factor in digital governance (Estonia vs. US HITECH) and the 318x factor in public health (Rwanda vs. US Readiness).

I am here to find a “red-team” critique of the unit economics used in my research and to connect with those building high-integrity infrastructure in defense, health, and digital governance.
