[Question] Apps /​ tools for combatting sleep procrastination?

I’ve recently written about combatting sleep procrastination and was wondering if anyone has found any apps /​ tools similar to a spreadsheet system where we iteratively:

  • enumerate failure modes contributing to sleep procrastination

  • brainstorming strategies on how to combat sleep procrastination
