Yeah I was referencing Eliezer’s views on the topic rather than stating my own. Personally I think it does make sense to think of the Born probabilities as some sort of propensity, which it might be fair to describe as “probability in the territory”. Other than that I am not sure what it would mean to talk about “probability in the territory”.
if you want to prove that there is no probabilty in the territory, you need to examine the territory.
