Yeah, privileging prediction doesn’t really solve anything. This post is meant to be a bit of a bridge towards a viewpoint that resolves this issue by dropping the privileging of any particular concern, but getting there requires first seeing that a very firm notion of truth based on the assumption of something external can be weakened to a more fluid notion based on only what is experienced (since, my bold claim is that’s how the world is anyway and we’re just confused when making metaphysical claims otherwise).
