But you might have liked it more had you looked at the bit titled ‘community benefits to immodesty’, where I talk about the benefits of people striking out outside expert consensus (but even if they should act ‘as if’ their contra-expert take was correct, they should nonetheless defer to it for ‘all things considered’ views).
I think this is utterly horrible advice.
