Description
It’s well known that the holidays can be an emotional roller coaster. In the Supercycle spirit of working with what’s already present in life, we’ll explore ways to use the energies and challenges of the holidays to catalyze a healthy and inspiring end to 2025.
Will you have any recordings for the workshop? I am really intrigued by this but it would be 1am in my time zone...
