Seattle Robot Cult

The first meeting of the Seattle Robot Cult will happen at 12 pm on Saturday June 5, 2021. To best appreciate our glorious summer weather, I have decided to host this meetup on top of a mountain.
Poo Poo Point is a 3.6 mile hike from the trailhead with 1,858 feet of elevation gain. To get to our meetup location by 12 pm I recommend you arrive at the trailhead by 10 am. People usually get to Poo Poo Point Trailhead in one of three ways.
The simplest way to get there is to bicycle from Seattle. It takes about 2 hours, mostly flat.
If you do not own a bicycle then you can take the bus instead. Trailhead Direct resumes June 5th.
Most people drive to the trailhead. No parking pass is required. Warning: The parking lot can fill up, especially on weekends.

I’m curious, did this meetup actually happen? How was it?
Depends on what you mean by “actually happen”. I showed up but nobody else did. Also, the weather was awful. I discovered shortly after scheduling this event that a much more comfortable rationality group with a long history resumed its meetings the same week. I’m going there for my rationality fix and to MeetUp.com for hiking.
