Thank you; got it! Will use your list.
(btw, the Sequences are already about 90% translated to Russian (not by me), mostly several years ago)

So, hypothetically, if you receive only nice coherent complete 100-steps runs, will you pay $2000 for the first 100?
Actually, the worlview “it’s NOT good to be alive; the fact that almost everyone think that it’s good to be alive is just failure of human reflectivty” is pretty consistent. I don’t endorse it, but my best friend do.
spreading “false information” (i.e. contradicting Russia’s official media) carries a prison term between 10 and 50 years
What? I’m Russian, all people around me contradict Russia’s official media all the time, never heard about something like this.
I have a feeling, that “computable” is the key word here. Does ROB implement some halting algorithm? If yes, therefore there are finite boundaries for A and B, right?
How is “better than 50% accuracy” defined?
You need to have it on every possible ROB’s strategy?
Or in general, with some measure on the (uncountable) set of strategies? In this case, what measure?
Yes, or just arbitrarily big numbers.
In such problems, it is usually assumed that your solution have to work (in this case work = better than 50% accuracy) always, even in the worst case, when all unknowns are against you.
>The Soviet Union is infamous for the mass rape of women and girls in occupied territory at the end of World War II
I saw a convincing debunking of this as a myth, but it was from pretty pro-Russian source, so the debunking itself could be fake. Can someone provide some reliable source with description of how the statistics were collected?
I started to translate this series into Russian. I’m on Post #3 now.
>Heck, if I understand correctly, the cerebellum can even predict-and-preempt a signal that goes from the telencephalon to itself!
Help me please, I can’t understand how to correctly translate this part: “to itself” == “to telencephalon” or “to itself” == “to cerebellum”?
To what degree is this sequence still relevant/up to date?
I translate AI-safety-related texts into Russian and now I’m chosing what to translate next.
>See “Eliciting Learned Knowledge” for much more on this still-unsolved problem
I think it should be “Latent”.
I translated this discussion to Russian.
